You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness, damage, loss, liability, or expenses, of any kind, that you may experience and hereby release, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless the venue, the employees, owners, landlords from claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
